PlatinumNumemon Overview (In-Game Profile)

An extremely rare Numemon that first discovered the Platina Mine in the Digital World, taking in those components to Digivolve. From that point on, PlatinumNumemon’s personality did a complete about-face as it scraped together any jewelry data it could find, decorating itself like a nouveau riche.

It’s quite the “gorgeous” Digimon, despite its nature. Outfitting itself with golden wings and jewelry grants it considerable defense, but its attack power is middling at best.

PlatinumNumemon uses its special move, Platinum Excrement, to hurl the dregs (excrement) produced during the platina refinement process in rapid succession. It also uses Platinum Burp to release a putrid belch that saps the enemy’s fighting spirit.

De-Digivolution

In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:

  • Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
  • Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.

Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.
