Patamon Overview (In-Game Profile)
A Mammal Digimon known for its large ears. Patamon can use these to fly, but since it can only do so at a little over 0.5 mph, its walking speed is said to be considerably faster. Even so, watching it struggle to fly is an endearing sight, making it very popular (although Patamon itself doesn’t appreciate such sentiment).
Patamon is extremely obedient and very good about doing what it’s told. It can also use its hidden holy power without a Holy Ring, a sign that it’s descended from an Ancient species of Digimon. Patamon’s special move is Air Shot, taking a deep breath and then releasing a powerful blast of air.

Attribute Weakness
Having the Data attribute, Patamon is weak to Digimon with the Virus attribute, while resisting those with the Vaccine attribute.

Patamon has the Mammal type, which gives it a couple of weaknesses and resistances.

Where to Find Patamon?
To add Patamon as a partner in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you’ll need to find and scan this Digimon while exploring the Human and Digital Worlds. When you encounter the Digimon, the game will automatically scan it. Once the scan percentage reaches 100%, you’ll be able to convert your own version of this Digimon. The scan percentage can go as high as 200%, and the closer you are to that maximum when converting, the higher the Digimon’s Max HP and Talent base stats will be.

Patamon Digivolution
Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.
Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.
De-Digivolution
In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:
- Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
- Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.
Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.

Digivolution
Digivolution is the process of evolving a Digimon into a stronger form. Each Digimon can evolve along multiple branches depending on its stats, level, and personality. To digivolve a Digimon, you must meet certain requirements.
