Pandamon Overview (In-Game Profile)
A Puppet Digimon that resembles a panda. Pandamon’s expressionless gaze, together with its abrupt and dismissive personality, rob it of any cuteness it might otherwise have. It likes to think of itself as a lone wolf, but it’s secretly jealous of Monzaemon, a popular Digimon with a similar look.
Still, Pandamon is surprisingly capable in battle, and is quick to send any who disturb it packing. The Pandamon population is small, making it a rare sight.
Its special move is Animal Nail, an attack with the claws normally kept hidden in its paws.

Where to Find Pandamon
Pandamon cannot be found while exploring the Human or Digital Worlds. To add Pandamon as a partner in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you’ll need to digivolve a lower-generation Digimon or de-digivolve a higher-generation Digimon into Pandamon. Refer to the Pandamon Digivolution section below for more information.
Pandamon Digivolution
Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.
Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.
De-Digivolution
In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:
- Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
- Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.
Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.
Pandamon can de-digivolve into the following forms:
- BlackGatomon
- ShellNumemon
- Deputymon
- Garurumon (Black)
Digivolution
Digivolution is the process of evolving a Digimon into a stronger form. Each Digimon can evolve along multiple branches depending on its stats, level, and personality. To digivolve a Digimon, you must meet certain requirements.
Pandamon can digivolve into the following forms:
