Kingdom Come Deliverance II – Oratores Main Quest Walkthrough

How to Start the Oratores Quest

The Oratores quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 will begin after completing the Dancing with the Devil main quest.

Oratores Walkthrough

Ride to Suchdol to join the others

Travel to Suchdol! Once you arrive, wait until the next day. While you’re sleeping, you’ll have a nightmare! The next day, wait until 10 then speak with Zizka to begin the meeting.

Escort Lady Rosa to Ruthard Palace

Speak with Rosa to travel to the tunnels then follow her inside. You’ll then need to carry her over the flooded part. Once you reach the dry side, put her down, and continue following her.

Get rid of the lowlives in Ruthard Palace

Head up the stairs and interact with the beggars. You’ll then need to defeat them. Once done, Rosa will call out from the tower. Answer her! Head up the stairs into the house then continue clearing out the beggars as you make your way to Rosa’s room.

After she opens the door, head inside and speak with Rosa. During your conversation, you’ll have your first opportunity to kiss her if you wish! This of course will lead to other things.

In the morning, head downstairs and speak with Zizka in the courtyard.

Get Vavak’s help with the silver theft

Head to town hall and speak with the guards. You’ll need to convince them to let you in. Once inside, head near the back door and go up the stairs to find Christian of Pisek instead of Vavak. Convince him to help you.

Get the royal treasury key

Exit the back door and take a right to find the shitter. Inside it you’ll find the royal treasury key.

Go back to Zizka with the key

Return to Ruthard Palace and speak with Zizka.

Ask Rosa about the underground passageways

Head outside the room and speak with Rosa on the balcony about the passageways.

Explore the underground passage with Samuel

Speak with Samuel in the courtyard then follow him through the underground passage. You’ll come across some looters in the crypt. Speak with them and you can either kill them or let them leave.

After dealing with the looters, continue following Samuel. When you stop at the seemingly dead end, you’ll need to start tapping on the walls to look for one that sounds different. Head to the back left corner and tap on the back wall to find the spot!

You’ll then need to return to Zizka to report your findings. He’ll give you 175 groschen.

Get ready to go to Loretz

When you’re ready to go, speak to the Dry Devil. If needed, you’ll experience a time skip. When you gain control, pursue the cardinal. After the cutscene, choose to ride back if you wish to fast travel.

Talk to Zizka about what’s next

Once in Kuttenberg, speak with Zizka.

Learn basics of Italian from Brabant

Head to the next room and speak with Brabant then practice your Italian.

Pick up Italian clothes

Head upstairs and speak with Rosa. She’ll tell you that the clothes are in the chest by the door. Grab and equip them.

Prepare to leave for the Italian Court

Once you’re ready to head out, speak with Godwin in the courtyard a couple of times to get the option to leave. The Oratores quest will then end and The Italian Job will begin.
