How to Start the One Slimy Issue Quest
To begin the One Slimy Issue side mission in Borderlands 4, speak with Beth at the Lakeside Properties after completing the One Gassy Issue side mission.
How to Complete the One Slimy Issue Quest
We’ve got gas! Help Beth keep their community safe. Do whatever it takes to get their surveillance system back online.
Enter Beth’s basement
After accepting the quest, head around to the back of Beth’s house to find a breakable wall. Use the Locust Gas canister from across the way to break the wall. Once inside, take out all the enemies.
Reboot system
To reboot the system, you’ll need to throw the Locust Gas canister, which can be found in the basement, at the two blocked computers. Afterwards, pull the levers!
Investigate nearby device
Next, head west to find the mysterious device in the water.
Reach signal’s location
Afterward, travel northwest from the Lakeside Properties and defeat all the rippers. You’ll then need to pick up the device part that drops from the Scrapvenger.
Repair monitoring device
Now that you have the part, return to the mysterious device in the water. Once you place the part, you’ll need to kill the threshers that appear.
Acquire spare part
You’ll find the spare part on top of a wooden box suspended in the air by a crane.
Reach second monitoring device
After acquiring the part, head to the southwest to find the next device and interact with it.
Find thresher
Next, travel to the far northwestern corner of the Fades District. Once there, kill the Bio-Thresher Omega!
Shoot vomit pile
Next, shoot the vomit pile.
Return to Beth
With your tasks complete, return to Beth and speak with her to complete the mission.
