How to Start One Shield Maker’s Struggle
You will automatically begin One Shield Maker’s Struggle side mission in Digimon Story Time Stranger during the Royal Knights, Assemble! side mission.
One Shield Maker’s Struggle Side Mission Walkthrough
Talk to Gallantmon
To find Gallantmon, travel to the Digital World: Factorial Town (Present Day) area. The Digimon will be to the left, just behind the two statues.
Speak with it to learn that the knight got caught in a firewall, which resulted in its equipment getting destroyed. Gallantmon will then ask your Agent to help out with the repairs.
Fight Chaosdramon
Gallantmon will automatically lead you to the item it needs, which is unfortunately in the hands of Chaosdramon. This leads to a battle against it.
- Chaosdramon
- Virus attribute / Machine type / Mega gen
- Weak: Water, Ice
- Resists: Fire, Steel
Once you damage it enough, the Chaosdramon will run away, allowing Gallantmon to repair its gear. Right after it finishes, the Chaosdramon returns and attacks again!
Battle Chaosdramon Again
Just as before, you’ll be fighting Chaosdramon in battle.

- Virus attribute / Machine type / Mega gen
- Weak: Water, Ice
- Resists: Fire, Steel
After defeating it this time, an event will trigger, completing the side mission.
