Vilverin Puzzle Solution
Vilverin is one of the first Ayleid ruins you can explore right near the Imperial City. It’s filled with undead, traps, and some light puzzles. One of the trickier sections lies deeper within the ruins, accessible after passing through a door labeled “Stone Door to Vilverin Wendesel”. Behind this door, you’ll find the puzzle room!
On the two pillars, press the top right block. This will open a panel revealing a hidden chest.
Head between the two pillars towards the locked gate. At the gate, take a right, then continue to the wall to spot an Ayleid Chest.
Open this chest and loot the Vilverin Chamber Key. You’ll then be able to use this key to unlock the gate to continue on to the boss!
Following the path, you’ll reach the “Stone Door to Vilverin Sel Sancremathi”. Head inside to find hallways filled with swinging axes. On the pedestal in the middle of the hallway, loot the Ayleid Statue.
Continue straight to reach the boss, Jalbert! After defeating him, loot him, his sack near his bedroll, the skeleton on the right (north) side of the room, and the Ayleid Reliquary chest!
Surrounding this treasure chest, you’ll find some lockpicks, gold, and the Vilverin Sepulcher Key. This key will unlock a shortcut in this room near the skeleton that you can use to exit the dungeon quickly.
