Vampire Cure Walkthrough
Speak with Count Hassildoor
Travel to Castle Skingrad and speak with Hal-Liurz, telling her that you must speak with the Count. Wait 24 hours then Janus Hassildor will speak with you inside the hall.
Find the Woman

Travel south of Cheydinhal to Drakelowe. Once there, head inside the house and speak with Melisande about the cure for vampirism.
Gather 5 Empty Grand Soul Gems
In order to help you, you must acquire five empty Grand Soul Gems. You can find these around the Mages Guilds by bartering for them or looting them from display cases. Start in Chorrol! They have quite a few.

Once you’ve acquired the empty Grand Soul Gems, deliver them to Melisande. She’ll then want you to gather more ingredients. Speak with her again about Argonian Blood to acquire an Enchanted Dagger.
Find Ingredients
In order to make the potion, you’ll need to collect six cloves of garlic, five nightshade leaves, and two shoots of bloodgrass. Additionally, you’ll need the blood of an Argonian.
Garlic
Garlic can be found on many dinner tables throughout the realm. Homes in Skingrad are exceptionally filled with garlic, particularly the basements! You’ll find it hanging from the support poles!

Nightshade
Travel to “The Main Ingredient” shop in the Imperial City’s Market District and purchase the Nightshade from him.

We also found more Nightshade at the shrine in Deepscorn Hollow.

Bloodgrass
Travel to “The Main Ingredient” shop in the Imperial City’s Market District and purchase two Bloodgrass from him.
Blood of an Argonian
Equip the Enchanted Dagger then enter Veyond Cave just north of Bravil.

You can attack these Argonians without getting a bounty, as they are hostile towards you! Keep in mind that you don’t have to kill them! All you need is a little of their blood.
Deliver Ingredients
Once you’ve found all the ingredients, return to Melisande to hand them over. You’ll now need to get Vampire Ash.
Find Vampire Ash

Travel to Redwater Slough, which is on the far eastern side of the map, east of Bravil. Once there, head inside and jump into the pit. Go past the burning corpse.

When the tunnel forks, head left if you want to lockpick a very hard lock.
Otherwise, head right and follow the tunnel. When it forks, take a left and dive under the water. When you resurface, take a left and loot the chest to find the Redwater Slough Key.

Now that you have the key, dive back into the water and make your way to the very hard wood door. Use the key to open it!
Once you’re through the door, follow the linear path to the dead end where Hindaril awaits. Take him out then loot the Ashes of Hindaril.
Deliver Ashes
Now that you have the ashes, return to Melisande. She’ll ask that you give her 24 hours to brew the potion. Wait then speak with Melisande again when the time is up! She’ll give you two doses; one for yourself and another for Castle Skingrad.
Speak with Hal-Liurz
Travel to Castle Skingrad and speak with Hal-Liurz.

Next, follow her to the Chamber of the Lost then head inside and follow the tunnel to reach the Count. Speak with Janus to hand over the potion then watch the events unfold.

Afterward, speak with Janus. Since he needs time to grieve, wait 24 hours then speak with Hai-Liurz. She’ll tell you to wait in the hall until the Count arrives. When he does, speak with him about the “Reward” to receive 2,500 gold.
