Speak with Maelona

Speak with Maelona and agree to help get her husband out of hot water then listen to the details.
Speak with Gogan
Speak with Gogan about the “Gang”.
Fish for the Sirens at The Flowing Bowl

You can find The Flowing Bowl at the docks in Anvil. Once there, head inside and speak with Maenlorn about the gang. Wait just a bit then Signy Home-Wrecker and Faustina Cartia will come up and speak with you.
If you are playing a female character, they will ask you to join their gang. If you’re male, they will seductively invite you to their cozy farmhouse for a night of fun.
Visit Gweden Farm

At 11 pm, head on over to Gweden Farm, which is southeast of Anvil, to meet with the girls. The situation goes south real quick leading to a fight against the three gang members. Defeat them and Maelona will appear wearing a city guard uniform. Surprise!! They are members of the Anvil City Watch who sent you in undercover.
After learning the truth, The Siren’s Deception quest will end, and you’ll receive 300 gold as a reward.
Before leaving, make sure to loot the bodies. You’ll get the Gweden Basement Key from Faustina or Tsarrina’s corpses, which you can use in the house to reach a room where they stored all their spoils. You won’t be able to return the items to their original owners, so keep them or sell them as you see fit! It’s a bit of fun to see who exactly was duped by the thieves.
