How to Start The Arena Quest
To begin The Arena quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, speak with Hundolin in the Arena District of Imperial City about becoming an Arena Combatant.
The Arena Walkthrough
Speak with Owyn the Blademaster
You’ll find Owyn the Blademaster in the Arena Bloodworks. Tell him that you want to be a combatant. You’ll then get to choose between the Light Raiment or Heavy Raiment. If you mainly use light armor, then choose the Light Raiment. If you wear heavy armor, then choose the Heavy Raiment.
Arrange a Match
Now that you are a combatant in the Arena faction, equip your Raiment then speak with Owyn to arrange a match.
Battle!
Exit the room and take a left then head up the stairs just past the Basin of Renewal to enter the arena.
You’ll then battle against a Pit Dog opponent. Win then return to Owyn and speak with him again after the fight to close out the match and collect your reward of 50 gold.
Repeat!
You’ll need to speak with him again and tell him you’re ready for a match to face off against another Pit Dog. When you win, return for one more match against a Pit Dog. You’ll then find yourself in the Brawler Class! Keep speaking with Owyn to start a match, fight and win, then return to Owyn to climb the ranks.
Rewards
You’ll get different amounts of gold depending on the level you are.

Challenge the Grand Champion
After claiming victory as an Arena Champion, you must now face the Grand Champion, Agronak gro-Malog, for his title. Speak with Ysabel, who can be found sitting on the other side of the room from Owyn, to learn more about the upcoming fight.
When you’re ready, speak with Agronak gro-Malog and challenge him to a match! Next, speak with Ysabel again to begin it. Durin your conversation, you’ll get to choose your arena name. Pick something cool then head on up to the arena.
If you previously completed the Origin of the Grey Prince quest, Agronak will not attack you and asks that you just kill him. Once Agronak has been defeated, loot his corpse then return to Ysabel. You’ll get to choose between the Heavy or Light Raiment of Valor. As a bonus, you’ll also receive 1,000 gold!!
Discuss Your Future
When you’re ready, speak with Ysabel about your future. She’ll say that you can now fight in weekly matches against various creatures. Once you wish to begin one of these matches, speak with Ysabel! You’ll then get to pick whom you wish to fight. If you pick the option with three creatures, you’ll get 2,520 gold as a reward for winning.
