How to Start the Skingrad Recommendation Quest
To begin the Skingrad Recommendation quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, speak with Adrienne Berene in the Skingrad Mages Guild about the recommendation. You’ll learn that she needs help finding Erthor.
Skingrad Recommendation Walkthrough
Ask around about Erthor
In the Skingard Mages Guild, speak with Sulinus Vassinus about Erthor. He’ll tell you that Erthor was last seen in Bleak Flats Cave. Next, speak with Druja about Erthor and Bleak Flats Cave. Afterward, speak with Adrienne about Bleak Flats Cave and she’ll teach you the Weak Fireball spell.
Find Erthor
First, travel to Bleak Flats Cave, which is northwest of Skingard. Clear out the zombies as you make your way through the relatively linear cave. At the end, you’ll find Erthor. Agree to allow him to follow you so you can keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn’t get himself killed.
Return to the Mages Guild
Exit the cave then head back to the Skingard Mages Guild and speak with Adrienne. The Skingrad Recommendation quest will then complete.
