How to Start the Separated at Birth Quest
To begin the Separated at Birth quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, speak with Reynald Jemane at the Grey Mare in Chorrol.
Separated at Birth Walkthrough
Find the man impersonating Reynald
Travel to the Newlands Lodge in Cheydinhal and speak with Guilbert Jemane about “Reynald Jemane”. You might also find him walking around the town! Once he hears the news, he’ll set off immediately to look for his brother!
Return to Chorrol
Travel back to Chorrol and speak with Guilbert in The Grey Mare to complete the quest. You may need to wait a while for Guilbert to travel to Chorrol.
