How to Start the Pilgrimage Quest
To begin the Pilgrimage quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, speak with Arentus Falvius in Bruma and ask him about the Anvil Chapel attack.
Pilgrimage Walkthrough
You’ve heard rumors of an attack on the Chapel of Dibella in Anvil. No one seems to know what happened, but all the priests and priestesses were killed and the altars desecrated. Go see for yourself what happened!
Speak with Arentus
After waiting for a little time to pass, find Arentus again and ask him about the Prophet. (We found him in Bruma’s Jerall View Inn.) You’ll then learn of a mysterious Prophet who preaches outside the desecrated Chapel. This individual might know more details about the attack!
Speak with the Prophet

Travel to Anvil then speak with the Prophet across from the Chapel of Dibella. Tell him that you will go on the quest then listen to the details.
Make your Pilgrimage

In order to seek the Relics of the Crusader, you must first do a pilgrimage to the Wayshrines of the Divines.
Wayshrine of Arkay

The Wayshrine of Arkay can be found directly west of Kvatch and north of Brina Cross Inn.

Wayshrine of Mara

The Wayshire of Mara can be found just northwest of the Cursed Mine, which is west of Skingrad.

Wayshrine of Dibella

The Wayshrine of Dibella can be found just south of Chorrol.

Wayshrine of Akatosh

The Wayshrine of Akatosh can be found just south of Bruma near The Orange Road.

Wayshrine of Julianos

The Wayshrine of Julianos can be found southeast of the Imperial City along The Yellow Road.

Wayshrine of Kynareth

The Wayshrine of Kynareth can be found between the Silverfish River and a lake.

Wayshrine of Talos

The Wayshrine of Talos can be found south of the Imperial City. It is just southeast of Hircine’s Shrine.

Wayshrine of Zenithar

The Wayshrine of Zenithar can be found just north of Bravil.

Wayshrine of Stendarr

The Wayshrine of Stendarr can be found along the main road between Bravil and Leyawinn. It will be just south of Reedstand Cave.

After you’ve made your pilgrimage to all the shrines, you’ll receive a vision from the Divine Crusader, Pelinal Whitestrake.

He’ll reveal the location of his lost shrine, which is where you will begin your quest for the Relics of the Crusader. The Pilgrimage quest will then end and The Shrine of the Crusader will begin.
