How to Start the Final Justice Quest
You’ll begin the Final Justice quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered automatically after completing the Broken Vows Dark Brotherhood quest.
Final Justice Quest Walkthrough
For this contract, you’ll be tasked with tracking down the Argonian hunter, Shaleez, and ending her. She can be found hiding in the Flooded Mine.
TAke Out Shaleez
Before heading to the mine, it would be helpful if you brought something that allows you to breathe underwater, like an enchanted piece of gear or a spell. Once such an item, the Jewel of the Rumare, can be received by completing the Go Fish quest.
To find Shaleez, you must travel to the Flooded Mine, located just north of Bravil. Once you arrive, head inside and swim through the tunnels looking for the target.
She can typically be found around her camp on the east side of the Flooded Mine. If she hears you coming, she’ll come and attack you while you’re still swimming towards her.
Claim Your Reward and the Next Contract
Now that the target has been eliminated, travel to Fort Redman, located south of Bravil. Enter the ruins of the fort to find the coffin just before the Old Wooden Door to Fort Redman.
Interact with the coffin to receive 500 gold, Dead Drop Orders #5, and Alval Uvani’s Schedule. This will complete the quest.
