Investigate the Strange Door
Wait for Gaius to cut down Belmyne Dreleth after he becomes violent then speak with him about the Strange Door. Wait for the voice to finish talking then head through the doorway.
Sit in the chair and speak with Haskill. Speak with him again and agree to head through the door. The “A Door in Niben Bay” quest will then end.
