Nanimon Overview (In-Game Profile)

An unidentified Digimon that invaded from another-dimensional Digital World. Nanimon went by the nickname of “Oyaji” in the other dimension and was kept as a digital pet. It loves alcohol and violence, but once it invaded this Digital World (the details of which are still fuzzy), it Digivolved into an active creature.

Inspired by the survival-of-the-fittest nature of the Digital World, it threw itself into battle. Its true power remains unknown. That being said, Nanimon has made it through many battles and evolved into its supreme form.

Nanimon Digivolution

Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.

Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.

De-Digivolution

In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:

  • Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
  • Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.

Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.
