The Mob Rules Faction Mission in Borderlands 4 begins with what appears to be a straightforward errand: collect some cash, head to the designated meeting point, complete the exchange, and deliver the package. But when Borderlands is involved, nothing ever stays simple for long.

How to Start the Mob Rules Quest
To begin the Mob Rules faction mission in Borderlands 4, speak with The Boss after completing the Mob Mentality faction mission.
How to Complete the Mob Rules Quest
In order to break into Vile Lictor’s bunker, you’ll need to pick up a certain package. It’s easy! Take the money, go to the spot, make the exchange, and bring back the goods.
Reach meetup spot
After taking the cash from the table, exit the building and head southwest to the Sainted Cup.
Signal The Boss’s contact
When facing the middle set of three bells, shoot the blue bell that has a blue star above it.
Next, head left to the set of three bells and shoot the orange bell with an orange star above it.
Lastly, head north and shoot the purple bell.
Place cashola
Once you’ve settled the puzzle, grab the briefcase in front of the middle set of bells, and Messaging Micki will appear with a counteroffer.
Digistruct package
After killing all the Rippers, interact with the crate to digistruct the package.
Reach The Boss’s hideout
Next, travel to the hideout at the Gilded Drop. When you arrive, clear out the Manglers, then interact with the handprint on the left side of the door. Once inside, place the box between the two pieces of machinery.
To activate the cracking device, press the button on the machine to the right. When you’ve opened the box, collect the goods!
Return to The Boss
Now that you have the goods, return to The Boss at The Pit and speak with him to deliver the package. Afterward, the mission will complete!
