How to Start the Mob Mentality Quest
To begin the Mob Mentality faction mission in Borderlands 4, interact with the hologram near the golden chest in Belton’s Bore faction town.
How to Complete the Mob Mentality Quest
Someone called “The Boss” needs your special expertise. He’ll consider it a personal favor.
Reach The Pit
You’ll find the pit along the western edge of The Low Leys, directly east of the Snowy Wells safehouse.
Reach the Boss
Once you arrive, enter the building and speak with Numba One, who can be found on the upper right side guarding the boss’ door.
Once you’ve gotten his order, head down to the bar and approach the counter. Next, you’ll need to grab his drink on the left using your grapple.
Afterward, return to Numba One and throw him his well-deserved drink.
Now that you have free access to The Boss’ room, head inside and speak with The Boss to learn what the job is.
Reach Thirst Scrap
When you are ready, exit The Pit and travel southeast to the Thirst Scrap. Upon your arrival, clear the place of its mangler infestation. Once eliminated, speak with Pickett inside the building.
Find another way in
Across from the building, you’ll notice a large structure.
On this structure, you’ll need to place a canister. To find the canister, head to the south side of the tall structure and look down to the platform below. On this platform, you’ll find the canister. Grab it and place it in the receptacle to open the secret way.
With the hole now open, grapple inside and enter the back room. Once inside, speak with Pickett again.
Reach dead drop
Next, travel just south of the Gilded Drop in the Stoneblood Forest. Open the toilet on the southwestern side of the area to find the dead drop and loot the mask inside.
Return to The Pit
Once you have the mask, return to The Pit and kill all the enemies inside. You’ll then need to enter the Boss’s room and hand over the mask to complete the mission.
