Welcome to NGB’s walkthrough for the Mob Justice faction mission in Borderlands 4. In this high-stakes finale, you’ll join forces with The Boss to stop the real-real Vile Lictor from making a comeback even more dangerous than before. Your path takes you to the Order Blacksite to disrupt the transfer, then into Lictor’s bunker itself, where you’ll inject a custom virus into the mainframe and finally put an end to Lictor’s threat once and for all.

Mob Justice Walkthrough
How to Start the Mob Justice Quest
To begin the Mob Justice faction mission in Borderlands 4, speak with The Boss after completing the Angry Mob faction mission.
How to Complete the Mob Justice Quest
Work together with the Boss to prevent the real-real Vile Lictor from being able to return, Viler and Lictorer than ever. Get to the Order Blacksite and stop the transfer. After the Boss creates a virus from the failed transfer, break into Lictor’s bunker, and inject the virus into the mainframe to get rid of Lictor for good.
Take Drive
After accepting the mission, take the external hard drive from the machine across from The Boss.
Reach Vile Lictor’s black site
Next, travel just southwest of The Nightcap safehouse to the western side of The Vestal Garrison in Windspear. Once there, use the two grapple points to reach Lictor’s Black Site.
Inside the building, you’ll find two vending machines. Drop down then kill the creeps inside. To open the door, you’ll need a canister, which can be found under the elevator.
Insert drive
Head through the newly opened room and place the drive in the computer. Next, interact with the terminal to have ECHO halt the download. Afterward, take the drive back.
Return to The Boss
After returning to The Boss place the drive back into the machine. Once the scene ends, pick up the drive again.
Reach Bruce
Now that you have the drive, travel to the northern part of the Stoneblood Forest, just west of the Substation Canonary, to find Bruce on a rock.
Interact with Bruce to connect The Boss to Bruce. Next, follow Bruce until he disappears.
Enter rift
Enter the rift The Boss creates then kill the enemies inside.
Stick with Bruce
Stick with Bruce as he maneuvers through the facility until you finally reach the computer, where you can inject the virus.
Return to The Boss
With your task complete, return to The Boss at The Pit. Next, take the drive and upload him into Bruce. Afterward, pick up the mask to become THE BOSS! The faction mission will then be completed, and you’ll get the Who’s the Boss trophy!
