How to Start the Misko, the Great Bandit Quest
You can begin the Misko, the Great Bandit side quest in the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild by visiting Dueling Peaks Stable, located in the Necluda region. Inside the stable, you’ll overhear two treasure hunters, Domidak and Prissen, arguing loudly about the legendary bandit Misko and the fortune he supposedly hid away.
Speak with them, and they’ll offer to share their information — but only if you pay them 100 Rupees. If you don’t have enough on hand, return later once you’ve gathered the required amount.
How to Complete the Misko, the Great Bandit Quest
The treasure hunters Domidak and Prissen accidentally hinted at a riddle that points to the location of treasure hidden by Misko, the Great Bandit.
“The little twin steps over the little river. My cave rests above that river’s source.”
Find the Treasure
First, travel southeast of the Big Twin Bridge to find the Little Twin Bridge, which spans the “little river”. Follow this branch of the river southeast. Just past Hickaly Woods, you’ll spot a waterfall.
Climb to the top of this waterfall and place a bomb in front of the crumbly part of the cliff to reveal a cave. Inside, you’ll find a bunch of treasure chests. Open them to find the following items:
- Luminous Stone
- Sapphire x2
- Amber
- Opal
- Flameblade (To reach this chest, you will need to blow up the crumbly wall on the left side of the cave behind the two chests.)
Once you open one of the chests, the quest will complete!
