How to Start the Relic Search Quest
You’ll automatically start the Relic Search quest after completing the Providing a Spark quest for Neuras. For it, Neuras will you and Gallica to help him find relics from the old world. After you complete a quest, you can do the next bonding event for Neuras. Following the event, you’ll get the next quest, which will repeat the cycle.
Relic Search Guide
Inventor’s Bequest
The first relic can be found in Man-Eater’s Grotto, which you’ll gain access to during the Man-Eater in the Mine quest. Upon reaching the grotto, go straight from the entrance, dropping down the ledge at the end. From there, exit the room you are in on the northwestern side, then take a right and follow the path.
When you reach the two stone columns, head through the entrance behind them, taking a dirt ramp up. At the top to the right, you should see the Talkative Tooth. Head through the opening to the east of him, then take a right. Look to the right along the rock wall to find a small gap you can climb through. Head through it, then take a left to find the chest containing the relic, a Screwed-Up Mineral. Completing this quest will reward you with 10 Hero’s Incense,
Dregs of Destiny
The second relic, Gypsum Cuve, can be found in the Tomb of Lament near Port Brilehaven, which you’ll visit as part of the Grieving Ghost of the Goblet bounty.
Once you reach the tomb, you’ll want to head north, taking the second left. From there, follow the path heading west until you reach the stairs at the end. Take them to reach the lower area.
Now proceed north, hugging the right (eastern) wall. Near the transition to the bigger room, you’ll find a small opening in the wall you can climb through. Do so, and then follow the path to the end, bringing you to a chest with the relic.
Rewards
You’ll be rewarded with 6 Hero’s Fruit for completing this quest.
Youth’s Folly
You can find the third relic, Parquet Chest, in the starting area of Scoundrel’s Hold. It is located on the west side.
From the entrance, if you hug the west wall, you should eventually come to a small opening after taking a left where the path splits. Head through it and follow the hidden path to the end. This will bring you to the chest with the relic.
Rewards
For completing this quest, you’ll be rewarded with 6 Hero’s Leaf of Light.
Engineer’s Destiny
This relic, the Mossy Pillar, is located in the Land of Ceremony. You’ll need to head for the western part of the lower floor to find it in a chest.
Rewards
You’ll be rewarded with 8 Hero’s Fruit for completing this quest.
Bitter Memories
You’ll begin this quest after reaching Rank 5 with Neuras.
Rewards
For completing this quest, you’ll receive 8 Hero’s Leaf of Light.
