How to Start the Pagan’s Dilemma Quest
Speak with Mustari Man near the Hushed Honeybee Inn on Sundshade Row in Grand Trad. He’ll tell you he cannot buy his sick daughter’s medicine. It costs more than he, a Mustari, can afford while living in the city. If he can get the medicine soon, then his daughter won’t survive. When prompted, select the response “What if I buy it?” to start the Pagan’s Dilemma quest. You’ll need to have this quest completed by the deadline of 06/16. Doing this quest will not cause time to progress!

Purchase a Breth of Fresh Air
To help out the Pagan, you must purchase a Breath of Fresh Air from the St. Fermis Church on Sunlumeo Street. You can reach the church by quickly traveling to Sunlumeo Street via your map and then heading to the northwestern section of the area. It will be the last building you can enter on the left (west).
Head inside, then make your way to the altar and speak with the Sanctor. Gallica will mention the Breath of Fresh Air, which he said they usually sell to a particular type of person but will make an exception to show the church’s generosity. He’ll then offer to sell it to you for 500 reeve. Open his shop, scroll to the bottom to find it, and then make the purchase. Take it back to the Mustari Man near the Hushed Honeybee to deliver the medicine.
Quest Rewards
For completing the Pagan’s Dilemma quest, you’ll be rewarded with the Rusted Accessory and 4 points for your Tolerance Royal Virtue. The rusted accessory can be taken to most shops for appraisal. It’s random as to what it will become. You can save before it’s appraised, then travel between the stores until you get something you like.
