MetalMamemon Overview (In-Game Profile)

An Android Digimon that Digivolved to become even more powerful than the “Smile Bomber” Mamemon. Its cuteness hasn’t changed, nor have the painful consequences facing those tricked by its appearance.

90% of MetalMamemon’s body has been mechanized. The tremendous destructive force of its special move Energy Bomb fired from the Psycho Blaster on its left arm can fell a foe with certainty.

Where to Find MetalMamemon

MetalMamemon cannot be found while exploring the Human or Digital Worlds. To add MetalMamemon as a partner in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you’ll need to digivolve a lower-generation Digimon or de-digivolve a higher-generation Digimon into MetalMamemon. Refer to the MetalMamemon Digivolution section below for more information.

MetalMamemon Digivolution

Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.

Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.

De-Digivolution

In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:

  • Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
  • Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.

Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.

Digivolution

Digivolution is the process of evolving a Digimon into a stronger form. Each Digimon can evolve along multiple branches depending on its stats, level, and personality. To digivolve a Digimon, you must meet certain requirements.
