How to Start the Master of Fame: Ch. 2 Fit for a Tragedy Quest
The Master of Fame: Ch. 2 Fit for a Tragedy quest in Octopath Traveler 0 will automatically begin after completing Master of Fame: Ch. 1 – The Genius Playwright quest. The recommended level is 10.
Master of Fame: Ch. 2 Fit for a Tragedy Walkthrough
Schwartz, a man whose wife was murdered by Auguste, seeks revenge against the mad playwright. He visits Valore in hopes of finding a means to kill his hated foe…
Talk to Schwartz
When you’re ready to begin the Master of Fame Chapter 2, travel to Valore in the Woodlands Region and head for the tavern to find Schwartz. Speak with him to start Fit for a Tragedy and trigger a cutscene.

Head to Auguste’s Villa
Once the cutscene concludes, exit the tavern and make your way to Auguste’s Villa. You can reach it by heading to the northwestern corner of the Valore Trail.
When you arrive at the Auguste’s Villa area, make your way to the villa in the northern part. There, you’ll want to speak with Francesca the Actress near the villa’s front doors to kick off a cutscene.
Go to the Cabin
Your next destination is the cabin, west of the villa.
Head there, go inside, and approach Schwartz to trigger another cutscene. Make sure to keep reading the journal for a couple of examples of his “work”. After it concludes, you’ll receive a key to Auguste’s Villa. Use it to enter his estate, which will lead to a cutscene.
Search for Auguste
Now that you’re in the villa, it’s time to search for Auguste. Take the stairs up to the second level and head through the doorway on the north side. This will bring you to a hallway; go left to reach Francesca.
After speaking with her, head back to the hallway and follow it all the way to the right. This will lead you along a path past a save point and up to the third floor. Reaching the third floor will trigger another cutscene that will end with a boss fight!
Boss Fight: Francesca the Actress
If you have someone with the Steal ability, you can steal the Song of Nightfall Mastery from Francesca.
Well, that was quite the scene! Time to take the bitch out! For this boss fight, the boss will use phrases to signify attacks. You’ll find them along with their vulnerabilities in the tables below.

Once you take down the boss, another cutscene will trigger. When it concludes, Ch. 2 Fit for a Tragedy will be completed, and you’ll receive an increase to your Fame.
