Welcome to NGB and our Lies of P walkthrough for the Toma quest! This guide will cover everything you will need to know to easily complete this quest, including how to start the mission and the steps you will need to take to finish it.

Toma Quest Walkthrough
Speak with Toma
From the Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard Stargazer from Chapter II, head out the doorway leading to the balcony.
On the balcony, turn right and cross the board. Keep heading straight and go around the building with the scaffolding to the right.
Across from the building, you’ll see a sign that says “Homomachina”. Near the beam jutting out, take the ladder to the alleyway below.
Across from the ladder, you’ll see a window with a light on next to a blue door.
Head over to it and speak with the person to meet Toma. He’ll then say that he misses playing with Murphey.
Find a Momento
Next, travel to Krat City Hall and make your way to the inner courtyard where you’ll face the Scrapped Watchman. Defeat this boss to gain access to the courtyard then look for a white bench with “Friends” written on the ground in front of it. Interact with this bench to receive the Faded Whistle.
Return to Toma
With the whistle in hand, equip it to your Lower Belt and make it the active item. Return to Toma and blow the whistle by interacting with the prompt. Afterward, speak with Toma. As a reward, you’ll receive the Radiant Ergo Fragment.
