How to Start the Kindling the Flames of Change Subquest
To start the Kindling the Flames of Change subquest, you must first reach the For Whom main quest. Additionally, you need to have finished the A Dahnan Concert subquest. Once you meet these requirements, head to Pelegion Level 2 in Ganath Haros and talk to the young Renan man.

- Speak to the Beleaguered Renan Young Man
- Speak to the Disgruntled Renan Woman
- Speak to the Passive Renan Man
- Talk to the Mopey Renan Man
- Report Back to the Beleaguered Ranan Young Man
Speak to the Beleaguered Renan Young Man
Talk to the young Renan man to listen to his concerns about the city. He believes that the Renan people should have a unique local product to make. Dohalim will praise the man for his noble idea and offer help.
Speak to the Disgruntled Renan Woman
You can find the Renan woman that you need to talk to on the other side of the plaza, diagonally across from the young man.
Speak to the Passive Renan Man
Head west past the Renan woman to locate the Passive Renan Man. Inform him about the other two Renans, and he will gladly share his wisdom and guidance with them.
Talk to the Mopey Renan Man
Return to the first Renan young man to locate the mopey one to his right. Have a conversation with him about his worries, and Shionne will guide him in the right direction.
Report Back to the Beleaguered Ranan Young Man
Head back to the initial young Ranan man to give him an update and fulfill the request.
