How to Start Kataranda the Stormrider
To begin the Kataranda the Stormrider quest, read the letter in the Storage Room at the Lighthouse. You’ll need to have completed the previous Hall of Valor quests.
Kataranda the Stormrider Walkthrough
For this quest, travel to the Hall of Valor and interact with the bulletin board in The Hilt – Upper Balcony.
Afterwards, travel to the Rivain Coast and make your way to the Winding Shoreline where you’ll find the first wreck.
When you arrive, interact with the flaming boat. On the shore, have Taash melt the metal then collect the items revealed.
Next, you’ll need to travel to the next wreckage at Dragon Beach.
Investigate the ruined boat then dig up the four piles of sand until you find the treasure.
Afterwards, interact with the third wreck along the water just past the piles of sand on Dragon Beach.
The bird sitting on the boat will take off. Follow it northwest into the Clifftops. Collect the last treasure from the bird by searching the nests or trading with the bird, who can be found atop the high ledge containing the Fen’Harel Altar.
Now that you’ve found all the treasure, lure Kataranda with the collected loot on Dragon Beach. After starting the quest, Kataranda the Stormrider, an electric dragon, will appear. During the fight, she can electrify the water so try not to stand in it!
After you defeat it, loot the treasure chest behind the fallen dragon. The quest will then complete.
