How to Start the Joe & Sue Quest
To begin the Joe & Sue side mission in Borderlands 4, speak with Joe at Mossmellow Retreat in the Carcadia District after completing the Price of Freedom Pt. 3 side mission.
How to Complete the Joe & Sue Quest
Joe and Sue found a new home, but Sue isn’t quite herself after being ripped. Joe will need help to cheer her up – if he can manage to find out where she went.
Go see Sue
After accepting the mission, head upstairs, and then you will need to speak with Joe.
Search restaurant for Sue
Next, travel to Craw Daddies and defeat the Order that will spawn in.
Search ship for Sue
To find the ship, travel to the southwestern part of the Carcadia District. When you arrive, you’ll find Sue to the left of the giant door. Speak with her!
Find gardening tools
Shovel
The first gardening tool, a shovel, can be found sticking out of an Order corpse through the giant door.
Scythe
The scythe can be found in a corpse across from Sue.
Pitchfork
The pitchfork can be found on the platform on the metal beam sticking out of the ground.
Defeat Order troops
After gathering all the tools, the Order will appear. Take them out then give the tools to Sue to complete the mission!
