How to Start Isana Negat
To begin the Isana Negat quest, speak with Harding during the Unwanted Guests main story.
Isana Negat Walkthrough
For this quest, travel to Isana Negat via the Crossroads or fast travel. Once there, speak with Harding at the camp then head outside and follow the path into the next building and take a right. Head down the slope to where Harding found the entrance to the Deep Roads. Use Harding’s Stone Song to move the rocks then descend.
At the bottom, fight the enemies then use Harding again to clear the path. In the Flooded Chamber, interact with the rock to reveal a dwarf.

After your conversation, head deeper into the mine.
When you climb up the ladder in the Ancient Mining Operation, you’ll reach a broken bridge that you’ll need to jump across to continue on. Instead, head straight and jump down to the rock platform below you with a brazier on it. Cross the log then squeeze through the gap in the wall to find a timelost hoard. Loot it then continue forward.
Once you reach the group of enemies, defeat them then interact with the rock to release the dwarf. Use Harding on the nearby rock to continue onward.
In the next area, the Old Shafts, you’ll find more enemies to wipe out. Do so then Harding will mention that you need to go up. Follow her suggestion to find another dwarf trapped in a rock.
Yet again, keep pressing forward. As soon as you reach the Lyrium Cavern you’ll face another group of enemies. Take them out then continue. When you reach The Cavity, you’ll encounter more demons. Take them out to find the next award, Stalgard.

After your conversation, approach the Titan’s heart then defeat all the enemies. Once you do, you’ll have to make a choice: Vengeance or compassion. Whatever you decide will determine her specialization. When you’re ready, speak with Harding to leave.
