To begin the Hunt for the Giant Horse side quest in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, speak with Straia at the Mounted Archery Camp, which is in the southern Faron Grasslands and west of the Hyland Stable.

How to Complete the Hunt for the Giant Horse Quest
Find the Giant Horse
Next, travel southwest into the Darybon Plains. From there, you’ll reach the Nautelle Wetlands. Pass through this area then head north through the Oseira Plains to reach the Taobab Grasslands.
When you arrive in the Taobab Grasslands, you’ll find the giant horse roaming in the area. Sneak up and mount the horse then calm it!
Take the Giant Horse to Straia
Once you have the giant horse, ride it to Straia in the Mounted Archery Camp. As a reward for completing his task, you will receive 100 rupees and can then bring the horse to a stable to keep it.
