The Sky is the Limit side quest in Hogwarts Legacy will become available during the Stop Ranrok and Rookwood main objective after receiving the Headmistress Speaks main quest. Travel to Spintwitches Sporting Needs in Hogsmeade then speak with Albie Weekes inside. Purchase the Broom Upgrade for 4,000 gold then travel to Clagmar Coast west of the South Clagmar Coast Floo Flame to find Imelda. Speak with her to begin the challenge. You’ll have to fly through 29 rings in under 2:42:42. Speak with her after crushing her time then return to Mr. Weekes in Hogsmeade to complete the quest.
