Heidne and the Man-Eating Miser Walkthrough
Heidne decides to confront her father, Vaughner, a slave trader known as the Man-Eating Miser, and makes her way to his hideout. Their long-standing feud is finally about to reach its conclusion.
Head to Vaughner’s hideout
Next, travel to Rippletide and hop on your ship. Once on your ship, sail west under the bridge to reach the Man-Eating Miser’s Hideout in the Middlesea. When you arrive on the island, head west along the wooden path to trigger a cutscene during which you’ll engage in a fight.

After the fight, proceed through the Man-Eating Miser’s Hideout. In the northern part of the area, you’ll encounter Vaughner the Man-Eating Miser.

After the boss fight, continue along the path to reach the cage where a cutscene will trigger.
Speak to Roneth on Wishvale Trail
Next, return to Wishvale Trail and speak with Roneth to complete the quest. Heidne will then join you as a companion and resident of Wishvale.
Heidne is a thief who steals from enemies and weakens them with her talents. She uses the Sword and Dagger as weapons and has the following battle skills:
- Steal – Steal an item from a foe
- Reaping Slash – Unleash a dagger attack on a foe
