How to Start the Finale: Bestower of All Quest
The Finale: Bestower of All quest in Octopath Traveler 0 will automatically begin after completing the three Bestower of All questlines for Wealth, Power, and Fame. The recommended level for this quest is 48.
Finale: Bestower of All Walkthrough
Upon collecting the three rings, you receive a letter… a letter that was also sent to the many allies you met along your journey.
Speak to Stia in Wishvale
You’ll find Stia at her usual place to the east of her workshop in Wishvale. Speak with her!
Head to the Isle of Orsa
Next, travel to the Isle of Orsa in the Coastlands Region. Once there, make your way through the areas to reach the Isle of Orsa: Altar. At the altar, you’ll speak with Signa the Little Finger.
Speak to the ring maidens
As you approach the maidens and attempt to speak with Signa, you’ll receive a warning that your journey is approaching a turning point. Select to proceed! During the lengthy cutscene, agree to return the ring to Finis.
Give the rings to Finis
When you are ready, speak with Finis to hand over the rings.
