Act 1 Flying Waters & The Manor Collectibles & Noteworthy Tasks
Flying Waters – Starting Area
SOS Shell Pictos
From the anchor, head left and follow the path through the seaweed to reach the item.
Paint Cage – Chroma Elixir Shard
When facing the cage, look to the right near a stream of bubbles to find the lock.
Next, look to the left of the cage to find it on the wall next to the pillar.
With your back to the cage, you’ll see this lock on the flipper.
333 Chroma
This Chroma can be found along the main path just past the paint cage near some fallen expeditioners.
Colour of Lumina
After fighting the new type of enemy, you’ll see two rocks shooting out streams of bubbles. Head between the two and go straight ahead to find it.
Marking Shots Pictos
After the above collectible, head up the ramp. At the top, follow the path left to find this item. Defeat the two enemies in front of it before you can grab it.
Chroma Catalyst
In the minefield, head down the right path to find this item at the end of the path, guarded by another enemy.
Chroma Catalyst
At the end of the minefield you’ll find a narrow passage lit by street lights. This item will be to the right of this passageway.
665 Chroma
This Chroma can be found behind Noco’s Hut.
The Manor – Entry Hall
Nocturn Pour Un Masque De Tristesse
In the Manor, head towards the main hall. Once in the hall, take a right. On the wall in front of you, you’ll notice a lever.
Flip it upside down. With the lever on your right and the pillar on your left, head straight to the last pillar to find a second lever on the back of the pillar.
Interact with it then cross to the other side of the room towards the pillar. You’ll spot the next lever on the wall by a painting.
Facing the third lever, head left to the fireplace. You’ll spot the fourth lever on the wall next to the painting to the left of the fireplace.
Pull it then crouch through the opening in the wall that appears under this lever. You’ll find this music record in the hidden room!
Flying Waters – Noco’s Hut
Merchant
After meeting the Curator in The Manor and returning to Flying Waters, you’ll find this Merchant whom you’ll need to challenge and defeat in battle.
- Exposing Attack Pictos – Costs 3,600 Chroma
- Chroma Catalyst x5
- Colour of Lumina x3
Chroma Catalyst
This collectible can be found just past the hut along the main path.
Recoat
When you reach the remnants of an expedition ship, head to the right to find this item on a column.
Speak with Demineur / Deminerim
From the last collectible, turn right and enter the giant pot to find this creature. When you speak with it, you’ll learn that it needs a mine.
To find the mine that Demineur needs, head right of Demineur to find a point that you can climb down.
Instead, jump across the columns and follow them around to reach a ledge containing a purple item. Pick it up to collect the Intact Mine.
Once you have the Intact Mine, return to Demineur to hand it over. As a reward, you’ll receive the Deminerim, a weapon for Lune.
Flying Waters – Coral Cave
Staggering Attack Pictos
From the Expedition Flag, swing right around the wall to find this item on the other side.
333 Chroma
Facing the Expedition Flag, turn to the left and head under the street light. Hug the left wall then take the first left to find this item.
Rewarding Mark Pictos
From the previous collectible, head toward a grouping of seaweed, and an enemy will jump out! Take it down then look to the left where it jumped from to find this Pictos.
Colour of Lumina
From the previous collectible, turn around to find a path on the left leading behind the seaweed. You’ll spot this item on the ground behind an enemy.
665 Chroma
Drop down to the ledge behind the seaweed wall to find this item.
Paint Cage / Revive Tint Shard
Drop down using the glowy item in the red light area, then follow the path to reach the Paint Cage, which a group of three large enemies guards. On the rock next to the Paint Cage, you’ll find the first lock. The second lock is to the right of the cage on the rocks. The last lock is on the back of a mine.
Colour of Lumina
Just past the cage, you’ll find this on a ledge. Jump across the stone columns to reach it.
Journal – Expedition 68 – Flying Waters
This journal can be found along the main path.
Short Hair for Maelle
When you reach the giant dude that Maelle says we have to avoid at all costs, take the leftmost path to find a mime and defeat it! As a reward, you’ll receive short hair for Maelle.
Colour of Lumina
You’ll find this item right behind the mime.
Augmented Counter I Pictos / Bourgeon Skin / Chroma Catalyst
Just before the Lumieran Streets Expedition Flag, you’ll spot a path in the seaweed on the right. Follow it to reach Bourgeon, a mini-boss. Defeat this creature to receive all these items.
Flying Water – Lumieran Streets
Chroma Catalyst
From the Expedition Flag, hug the left side to reach a cliff with climbable points. At the top, follow the path, grappling across the gap, and enter the building. At the top, you’ll find a Chroma Catalyst.
Troubadim
From the above, head on past the item to find another grapple point. This will bring you to a mini-boss, Chromatic Troubadour. Defeat it to receive this weapon for Lune!
Energizing Break Pictos
The above mini-boss guards this item.
Colour of Lumina / Energy Tint Shard
The Colour of Lumina can be found on a hill across from a building, and the shard can be found next to the same building.
Versatile Pictos
This Pictos can be found on the roof of a building. To reach it, climb atop the roof of the building in the center of the area, then grapple to the roof and follow the path around.
Flying Waters – Flower Field
Shape of Health / Polished chroma Catalyst
Defeat Goblu, the bouncing boss, to receive these items.
