How to Start the Exodus Quest
The Exodus main quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 will begin after completing The Feast.
Exodus Walkthrough
Get on a wagon to Kuttenberg
Hop on the wagon!
Get to the city
Follow the group into the mines. Part way through the group will stop and split up. Keep following John.
Search the inn
Head upstairs and deal with all the murderers.
Wait for Samuel outside the inn
After you’ve dealt with everyone inside, exit the inn to trigger a cutscene.
Follow Samuel
Follow behind Samuel. When he stops, enter the nearby building and speak with Sara.
Escape through the backyards
Head up the stairs to reach the top of the ramparts then defeat the shooters. Afterward, continue following behind Sara. When she stops, enter the house and clear out the enemies.
Withstand the onslaught
After the cutscene, just keep cutting through the attackers until a cutscene triggers.
Talk to Sara about Martin the blacksmith
Head over to Sara and speak with her about Martin. The Exodus main quest will end and The Lion’s Den will begin.
