EX Treasure Dark Armor Guide
Travel to the Deya Village Ruins
To find the location of the Dark Armor, you’ll need to travel to the Deya Village Ruins in search of a journal there that has the information we seek. You can find the ruins on the northwest side of Lake Hylia. If you happen to have the Dueling Peaks Tower unlocked, you can fast travel there and glide down, heading southwest.

When you arrive at the village ruins, look for the remnants of a house along the shoreline. Make your way inside and look at the leaning section of the wall to spot the journal resting on some debris.

Interact with it and flip through all of the pages to receive a clue about the armor. It is listed below:
“The evil sprit’s armor set is hidden within Faron’s sea of trees. Find these pieces at the highest of three waterfalls north of Lake Floria…at the bridge between small waterfalls over Floria River…and at the broken stone bird of Ebara Forest“
This will provide a hint as to where you can find the chests containing each piece of the dark armor.
Phantom Ganon Skull
First up on the list is the helmet, which can be found at the bottom of the Corta Lake waterfall. The easiest way to get there is to travel to the Faron Tower, and head east and slightly north to Corta Lake.

When you arrive at the waterfall, activate your Magnesis rune and use it to scan the water near the base of the waterfall. You should be able to see a chest submerged in the depths. Use the rune to retrieve the chest from the water.

Open it up to receive the Phantom Ganon Skull.

Phantom Ganon Armor
The next piece of gear we will be looking for is the chest piece. It can be found underwater beneath a bridge located northwest of the Sarjon Woods. To reach it, you can travel to the Ka’O Makagh Shrine near the Highland Stable and head northeast. Alternatively, you can start at Faron Tower and travel west.

Upon reaching the bridge, activate your Magnesis rune and look underneath it to find the chest. Use the rune to retrieve it from the water.

Open the chest to receive the next piece of the Dark Armor, the Phantom Ganon Armor.

Phantom Ganon Greaves
The final piece of the Dark Armor set is the leg armor. To obtain it, travel to the Ebara Forest by crossing the Floria Bridge, which is accessible from the Lakeside Stable (Shai Utoh Shrine).

When the path begins to curve to the right, check behind a tree on the left. Use the Magnesis rune to find the chest that is stuck in the ground, and then pull it out with the rune.

Open the chest to receive the Phantom Ganon Greaves. Once you have obtained all three pieces of the Dark Armor, the side quest will be completed.
