You’ll arrive at the Everfrost Forest for the Fiend in the Frozen Forest quest. This is a single area where a majority of the enemies are weak to fire. There is also a gold beetle hiding out here.

Gold Beetle
This gold beetle can be found in the southwestern corner of the area.
Neuras Relic
You can find a chest containing the Panhandled Ore on the east-central side of the area. It is one of the relics required for Neuras’ bonding events.

Lure Out the Bounty
After entering Everfrost Forest, head north and speak with the Portly Adventurer nearby. He’ll tell you that strong Fire magic would be the most useful here but warns you about the Noctiluca.
You’ll then want to check out your mini-map, where you’ll notice six blinking diamonds. Each one marks a Snowworm Valmo enemy you’ll need to defeat to lure out Icebeast Chimenzahn.
After taking out 5 of them, the great ice beast will attack the party!
Boss Fight – Icebeast Chimenzahn and Montarian Spear Solider
This boss fight has you facing a Level 56 Icebeast Chimezahn, accompanied by a Level 54 Montarian Spear Solider.
The beast is weak to fire and wind attacks, while the soldier is weak to strike.
The solder will cast magic on the beast that will repel a single magic attach back at the caster. He also will remove your buffs. While he’s doing that, the beast will max out its attack and defense on the first turn and then assault the party using a combination of Ice AOE and slash attacks. Additionally, it has the ability to lower the party’s attack as well.
You’ll want to ignore the beast while focusing on the soldier. Once he falls, the last thing he will do is fully heal the beast.
After he’s gone, you can focus on hitting the Chimenzahn with fire and wind attacks. After they have both been defeated, a cutscene will play out, and you’ll receive the Frostpoint Horn.
