How to Start Encounters Beyond Space-Time
After reaching The Final Battle Over the Natural Order main mission, you will receive the A Gift from the Hosts side mission. Complete this mission to unlock Time Jumping. The Encounters Beyond Space-Time side mission will then become available.

Talk to Mirei
After receiving the Digiline message, travel to The In-Between Theater and speak with Mirei behind the desk to complete the mission. Afterwards, new battles will be added to the Outer Dungeons.
