You’ll acquire the black fragment after completing the Abductions by Moonlight main story quest in the Buccanham Region.
(Past) Altar of Arrival
Location: Pool of Piety Region – Altar of Arrival
This black fragment will be resting on the ground at the Altar of Arrival.
(Present) Strange Shrine
Location: Hardlypool Region – Strange Shrine
To reach the Strange Shrine in the northeastern part of the region, you will need to first obtain the Skystone during the main story. Once you arrive at the Strange Shrine, speak with the mysterious cloaked figure to receive this fragment.
