Dorumon Overview (In-Game Profile)

Because of the antiquated interface on its forehead, this Beast Digimon is presumed to be an experimental “Prototype Digimon” from the time before Digimon were discovered. The personality characteristic of the Combat Species is particularly apparent in Dorumon.

It has a strong instinct for battle, biting and roaring at anything and everything, though it apparently feels a sense of attachment to something after biting it. The strong life force data of the legendary “dragon” was found to have been hidden in the deepest part of its DigiCore during an experiment, and Dorumon apparently has the potential to grow into a mighty Digimon.

Dorumon’s special move is Metal Cannon, which fires an iron ball from its mouth.

Dorumon Digivolution

Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.

Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.

De-Digivolution

In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:

  • Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
  • Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.

Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.

Dorumon can de-digivolve into the following forms:
