For this quest to become available, you’ll need to progress through the Divine Beast Vah Ruta quest until you receive some Zora Armor from the king.

How to Complete the Diving is Beauty Quest

Gruve wants to see a beautiful dive and asked you to perform one. Everyone knows a feet-first dive isn’t all that beautiful, so dive in head-first!

Perform a Beautiful Dive

To perform a beautiful dive, simply jump off the waterfall next to Gruve. You will automatically dive head-first into the water below. At the bottom, he’ll tell you how awesome that was!

Return to Gruve

Next, swim back up the waterfall and speak with Gruve. As a reward for completing his task, Gruve will give you five Fleet-Lotus Seeds. The plant that bears these seeds grows near deep water. The roots draw nutrients from the water, which boosts your movement speed when the seeds are cooked into a dish.
