Where to find Captain Henqua’s Spoils Treasure Map
The Captain Henqua’s Spoils treasure map can be found on a skeleton lying on a wooden platform near the top of the lighthouse west of Claviger’s Landing in Paradis.
You’ll need to pick up the treasure map to start the quest. Make sure to read the map to see a picture of where the treasure is located, along with some interesting text:
“I hate climbing. Captain Henqua must have been a sadist when it came to hiding treasure. Maybe the vantage will help me find his plundered riches. Or maybe I’ll just die of exhaustion on the way up. Whichever’s quicker.”
Find the Treasure
Examine the map to locate the treasure
To find Captain Henqua’s Spoils, you’ll want to travel to Western Pargrun Wall Beacon in the Overgrown Frontier. From there, head east and follow along the dirt path until you reach the river.
At the river, go a short way north to arrive at a tree growing out the side of a rock into the river next to a bed of rocks. Dive underwater there to find a cavern on the left side of the tree (when facing it from the water) that you’ll want to swim through.
You’ll find a chest and the unique shield named Wind and Wave upon emerging from the other side. Collect the shield to complete the quest. Also, make sure to grab the other chest!
