In the Tonnage Peel, there are several items and activities to track down for 100% completion:

Tonnage Peel Collectibles
Dead Bolt
Pageturner
This Dead Bolt can be found inside the Queen’s Cradle. You’ll come here during the Unpaid Tab main mission.
Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos: The Creatures of Carcadia Burn
This Vault Hunter’s Guide can be found hanging to the southwest of The Tenterhooks.
Electi Safe
The Electi Safe can be found on the western edge of the Tonnage Peel.
Lost Capsule
The Lost Capsule can be found next to a bed on a clifftop just south of the Wreck of the Cargonian.
Once you have the capsule, carry it north to The Lowrise safehouse.
Propaganda Speakers
Propaganda Speaker #1
This Propaganda Speaker can be found just east of the Quisling’s Cave.
Propaganda Speaker #2
This Propaganda Speaker can be found along the southeastern edge of the Tonnage Peel.
Evocariums
Evocarium #1
The Evocarium pedestal can be found in the enemy fortress just south of The Lowrise safehouse.
You’ll then need to track down all three orbs.
After you find them all, return to the pedestal and interact with it to hear the message from Nyriad.
Evocarium #2
This Evocarium can be found southeast of the Wreck of the Cargonian.
Interact with the pedestal then track down all three orbs.
After you track all three down, interact with the pedestal to hear the message.
Vault Fragment
The Vault Key Fragment can be found in an underground cave. To reach it, enter the Wreck of the Last Great Hope on the south side. Once in the ship, you’ll notice a red-lit area.
Pull the grate on the floor open using your grapple. Drop down into the opening to find the Vault Key Fragment.
Vault Symbols
Vault Symbol #1
This vault symbol can be found on the southeastern edge of the Tonnage Peel.
Vault Symbol #2
This vault symbol can be found underneath a bridge on the northwestern side of the Wreck of Cargonian.
Vault Symbol #3
This vault symbol can be found on the east side of the Site Unseen Order Silo. It will be on the outside of the building.
ECHO Logs
Status Report
This ECHO Log can be found on the couch at The Lowrise safehouse.
The Timekeeper’s Gift
This ECHO Log can be found just northeast of The Tenterhooks.
Eridium Chasers
This ECHO Log can be found inside the ship at the Wreck of the Last Great Hope.
Hit Your Business
This ECHO Log can be found at Camp Spinesquelch on the second level of a building.

Her Descent Begins
During the Her Own Funeral side mission, you will need to collect this ECHO Log as part of the side mission on the west of The Lowrise safehouse.
Her Revenge
During the Her Own Funeral side mission, you will need to collect this ECHO Log as part of the side mission from a bloody mess on the eastern side of the area.
Tonnage Peel Activities
Ancient Crawler: Crumpled Lurch
The Crumpled Lurch Ancient Crawler can be found on the eastern edge of the Tonnage Peel. Once you arrive, clear out the enemies then search for the battery.
When you have retrieved the battery, insert it into the receptacle on the upper level of the tall structure to power up the release clamps.
Next, use the grapple points to reach the top of the structure with the receptacle to find a panel that you’ll need to pull out with your grapple, revealing the vehicle kit called Frenzy Forever.
Order Silo: Site Unseen
This Order Silo can be found in the far northwestern corner of Tonnage Peel.
Safehouse: The Lowrise
This safehouse can be found on the northeastern side of the Tonnage Peel at the top of a mountain. The datapad can be found near the top of this mountain on a rock ledge along the northern side.
After finding the datapad, you’ll be able to capture the safehouse and officially unlock it!
