In the Lopside, there are several items and activities to track down for 100% completion:

Lopside Collectibles
Dead Bolts
Don’t Walk into the Fight
This dead bolt can be found to the east of Embracer’s Bluff next to a ripper drill.
Connect the Dots
This dead bolt can be found on the coffee table on the roof of the One Pumper gas station to the southwest of Embracer’s Bluff. To reach the roof, use the grapple point on the east side of the overhang.
Electi Safe
This Electi Safe can be found on the roof of a building northwest of Embracer’s Bluff. To reach the roof, use the grapple point!
To open the safe, simply kick it by pressing the prompt.
Lost Capsule
The Lost Capsule can be found at the One Pumper gas station to the southwest of Embracer’s Bluff.
Collect it then walk it to the Makeshift Chalet safehouse to the north.
Propaganda Speaker
This Propaganda Speaker can be found along the northern edge of Lopside. Interact with the console on the tower. Multiple waves of enemies will spawn until the timer on the tower reaches 100%!
Evocarium
This Evocarium can be found just south of Embracer’s Bluff.
Interact with it to see the direction of the orbs then track them down!
After you’ve located all three orbs, return to the pedestal and interact with it to receive your message.
Vault Fragment
The Vault Key Fragment can be found on the dining table on the roof of the One Pumper gas station to the southwest of Embracer’s Bluff. To reach the roof, use the grapple on the east side of the overhang.
Vault Symbol
The Vault Symbol can be found on a rock just north of Smackwater.
ECHO Log
Rafa the Negotiator
This ECHO Log can be found on a couch along the main road in the southern part of the area.
Lopside Activities
Ripper Drill Site: Tendercage
You’ll find this Ripper Drill Site along the northern edge of Lopside. Stop the Queen’s elite forces from wreaking terror with their drills by fighting off waves of enemies, including the bosses, Pango and Bango.
Safehouse: Makeshift Chalet
This safehouse can be found on the western edge of Lopside. The datapad will be located on a ledge on the cliffside underneath the main building.
Once you retrieve the datapad, bring it to the console in the center of the area near a sealed door.
Ancient Crawler: The Belle
The Belle: Ancient Crawler can be found just west of Smackwater along the western side of Lopside. The battery is located on the Ancient Crawler.
Once you have the battery, get it up the tower and place it in the receptacle to power up the clamp release. Continue up the tower to find the vehicle kit behind a grate.
