Boltmon Overview (In-Game Profile)

A prototype Android Digimon built at the same time as Andromon. The flesh-based Boltmon has emotions, unlike the machine-based Andromon. While quite powerful, Boltmon was difficult to control, went berserk, and ended up consigned to oblivion. This tragic Digimon roams within the darkness of its grief, its very existence disavowed.

Boltmon’s special move is Tomahawk Stinger, with which it swings its gigantic battle axe around with deft skill.

Boltmon Digivolution

Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.

Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.

De-Digivolution

In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:

  • Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
  • Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.

Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.

Boltmon can de-digivolve into the following forms:
