Bestower of Power: Prologue Empress from Abroad Walkthrough
After the fall of King Pardis III, the realm of Orsterra has found peace once more. In the hopes of making this state of harmony and order permanent, the three rulers are on the verge of signing a peace treaty.
Speak to Lebrandt
To officially begin this quest, travel to Castle Edoras Gate and speak with Lebrandt outside the castle. During the cutscene, agree to attend the signing ceremony!
Take part in the peace ceremony
Once you’ve finished your preparations, speak with Lebrandt again to commence the ceremony. The ceremony will, unfortunately, be interrupted by emissaries.
