How to Start the Bad Seed Pt 2 Quest
To begin the Bad Seed Pt 2 side mission in Borderlands 4, speak with Lysett west of the Darkloam Biosphere.
How to Complete the Bad Seed Pt 2 Quest
Bring the seed to the Biosphere and plant it.
Disrupt propaganda device
After accepting the mission, head just northeast of Lysett to find the propaganda device on the roof of the building across the way and shoot it.
The Order, of course, will not be happy so shoot them!
Reach fertilizer room
Next, enter the building that the enemy reinforcements came pouring out and make your way to the top where you’ll find the fertilizer room. Once inside, defeat the enemies and place the seed in the device in the middle of the room.
You’ll again need to take out the Order troops that appear out of thin air!
Fertilize seed
Next, turn the wheel to fertilize the seed. After it gets larger than life, turn off the machine using the wheel.
Unfortunately, poisonous gas will fill the air. You’ll then need to shoot the pipes. To reach the upper level, you’ll find air streams on the eastern side of the room.
Shoot tree fruits
Once the air is clear again, shoot the fruit on the tree in the center of the room. If you shoot all the fruit, weapons will drop from them! The quest will then complete.
