You can purchase the Treasure Map – Intimidating Feline Codpiece from Lynna, a merchant in Claviger’s Landing.

Examine the treasure map to receive a clue of where to find the treasure!
This treasure can be found north of the Yellowband Camp! Loot the chest to receive Stelgaer’s Pride, a unique item.
This armor has the following effects:
- Bloodied Fury – Cast Barbaric Shout when taking damage greater than 30% of your Maximum Health
- Lesser Relentless – +5% Stamina regeneration rate
After you acquire the unique item, the Treasure Map – Intimidating Feline Codpiece quest will complete!
