Make your way through the Windswept Plains – Newborn Verdure to find the Breezy Field. Approach the bird to trigger a cutscene followed by a fight. Defeat the Adler to obtain the Adler Feathers! Afterwards, return to Kati at the Crystal Sparkle Pavilion to report the quest.
