Soft Sand can be collected from the ground in the Capital Outskirts. You can also purchase it from the shop in Erster Central District near the exit to Meeresbrise Highway.

Objective: Deliver Seeds x3
Plant Seeds can be synthesized using alchemy. You will need to find a Sapling Branch in order to craft this recipe. I purchased mine from a shop in Erster Central District.

The Dragon Wing is dropped from the Landbound Dragon and Stout Drake, which can be found in the Sunken City of Stars.

Scrap Paper can be found on the ground in the Forgotten Ruins.
